Conference Facility

Equipment
The Bounty has a range of conference equipment to support your event, such as whiteboard, flip chart, screen, overhead projector, data projector, large screen TV, Video/CD/DVD players, full sound and lighting system with radio microphones plus access to our Business Centre using broadband or wireless. The Business Centre also provides access to a colour scanner and  copier, printer, facsimile, and laminating and secretarial services.

Venue
There is an intimate feel to the room and it is able to seat from 5 - 75 people for a range of meetings, seminars, training sessions, workshops, presentations, discussion groups, promotions or product launches. Weather permitting we can also use the garden area nearby for an outdoor barbecue, or as a breakout space.

Room Flexibility
The rectangular room shape is light and airy, with windows down one side, and allows for flexibility with room arrangements.  For comfort and safety requirements the maximum numbers for a U or V shape are approximately 24, boardroom style (up to 30), classroom style (up to 32), and theatre style (up to 85). 

Meal Options
We are more than happy to design a menu to suit your event, or to make a light lunch something more exciting than sandwiches! The Bounty is able to provide all meals including buffet and/or hot breakfast, light snacks, finger food, luncheon or evening meals with the number of courses to suit, as well as providing continuous tea and coffee, plus other refreshments  and the venue is fully licensed.

Parking
The Bounty sits on over 2 hectares of land and so there is ample parking on site for 40+ vehicles, with the bitumen car park, former tennis court and grassed area.

Accommodation
Rooms can be provided for presenters, trainers and participants so that people are then well rested prior to commencement. To book a room, or for more information on accommodation packages please contact the Events Coordinator.

Entertainment
It can be a relaxing end to an event, or even the motivational force at the beginning, but if it is one thing The Bounty does well, it is providing entertainment. With many years experience booking good quality acts for our Theatre Restaurant we are able to determine what works best for the make up of the group, and then arrange the act(s) to fit in with your event. Perhaps a theme night would work better, or a team building activity off the site, but whatever it is you decide to do, we will be happy to help.
