Group Bookings
The Function Facility Fee acts as deposit and secures the date for all private functions and theatre shows.

If an entire group cancels then the deposit may be refunded, or transferred, provided the cancellation is received at least one month prior to the booking/show date.

Group cancellations after this time will forfeit their deposit, but individuals who cancel can be refunded - if unable to be replaced - up to one week prior to booking date.

Dinner & Show (Groups)
A deposit is required for all Dinner & Show group bookings (as set out in a confirmation letter) and secures the date and the entertainment. Balance of payment is due at least one week prior, along with final numbers for catering purposes.

Cancellations within one week of the show date will not be refunded.

Monies may be refunded, or transferred, provided the cancellation is received at least one week prior to the show date for individuals, but if an entire group cancels then at least one month's notice is required.
